Weight Loss Update first Three Days

Weight Loss Update first Three Days After three days of starting my weight loss journey here is how I feel. When I got home from work I felt the hunger hit as soon as I put my self around all this good food. I had to drink water, hit the apple cider vinegar and then cook my vegetables. I was able to make through the night without breaking. Tomorrow I am going to hit the gym with weights and Cardio. I am really looking forward to getting back to where I once was. I am telling you its so hard to take it off but so easy to put all the weight back on.
