How I am going to lose 30 pounds in 3 months - Episode 3 Episode 3 Previous Weight 239 - June 9, 2019 Now I Weight 228 - June 14, 2019 This week was a little bit of a struggle, Eating Lots of Broccoli, Kale, Veggie Patty, Peas, and mushrooms. This to go along with lots of water. I feel great but It was very hard. I did, however, include intermittent fasting as part of my plan and that could have helped with the fast weight loss. Let's see what next week brings.
