The Bearded Traveler - Time to Diet So, guys, I have been traveling and having tons of fun. Well, I also put on some weight and its time to take off the pounds. I want to take you on my journey to lose weight, I am going to show you what works for me and how I get through the day. I will post every Thursday with my results. 1st Eating vegan and water 2 Exercise I have to walk no less than 20,000 steps per day 3. Intermittent fasting is a must 4. The meditation you have to have a good spirit and heart to get through the journey
